Sitting meditation and free meditation instruction are offered EVERY SUNDAY at 10 am and EVERY MONDAY at 8 pm. Sitting and instruction are followed by tea and optional courses and talks. Please see our schedule on the Home page for more information. |

What is Meditation About? (Word document)
Meditation is the practice of taming one's mind and developing
the compassion and insight necessary to care for oneself and the
world genuinely. The practice of meditation has been taught for
over 2,500 years as a vehicle for realizing the beauty and magic
of the ordinary world without aggression or manipulation.
Free meditation instruction is provided on Sundays at 10 am.
